by our Chef Sacha, along with our cooks - Julio
and Dan - what a team!
Lunches
We
serve lunches from the minute we open our doors until 4:00pm daily. Our lunchtime menu contains a wide range of snacks and
salads, in fact most of our appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches - and, of course, our fish and chips from our
dinner menu, are there for you to enjoy. We also have a delicious range of lunchtime specials if you fancy something different!
We take reservations for lunchtimes too, and enjoy regular visits from local societies and groups who have 'adopted'
us as one of their regular meeting places. So bring your friends, family or co-workers along - relax and enjoy!
Appetizers
Firecracker Shrimp...sauteed in extra virgin olive oil,
with plenty of parsley, garlic and red chile...$9.95
Sweet & Spicy Baby Back Ribs... half a rack on
a stack of steak fries...$8.95
Fish Taco...fried white fish with shredded cabbage, crema, shredded cheese

starting with a choice of soup, house salad or caesar salad,
then all served with a choice
of steak fries, black beans and rice, potato of the day, and fresh veggies.
Spaghetti Osprey...with
garlic, fresh herbs, baby tomatoes, olives,
capers and virgin olive oil, finished with feta cheese...$12.95
Stir Fry...choose from chicken or shrimp stir fried with oriental vegetables
in a pineapple teriyaki
sauce, served on a bed of fluffy white rice...$12.95
Breaded Pork Chop...bone in - loin chop, coated in
crispy panko crumbs,
fried and served with a honey-wholegrain mustard sauce...$13.95
Beef Stroganoff...tender
pieces of steak in a sour cream and mushroom sauce,
served over noodles and topped with crispy shoestring potatoes...$13.95
Chicken Parmesan...served over a bed of noodles...$13.95
Or you may wish try
try dishes such as Pasta Selva, Grilled Baby Back Ribs that slide off the bone, or South Bay Gulf Shrimp.
We also offer a nice selection of salads - Sweet 'n' Crunchy Chicken Salad with
its celery, grapes, roasted pecans, and honey-mustard dressing, or Vita-life Salad with greens, mandarins, dried cranberries,
pumpkin seeds and walnuts with a sweet poppy seed dressing - you can add chicken or shrimp if you wish, as
with any of our other salads! Most of our salads have their dressings on the side, add as much or as little as you prefer!
Fancy a snack? - a Burger perhaps, Philly Cheese Steak, or
a Fish or Chicken Sandwich? Why not try our Beckham's Traditional Fish and Chips - our best selling menu item by
far - plump flaky cod, dipped in our own beer batter and fried to light and crispy perfection - served
with steak fries and peas, with a side of our own jalapeno tartar sauce.

Changed
twice daily we always have a choice of fish, whether it's Ruby Red Trout, Pompano, Grouper, Corvina or Salmon - all
served with the most wonderful and original sauces - plus anything from Pot Roast to Quiche and Salad, or Steak
& Ale Pie - we don't know until we cook it on the day!
We promise there'll be something on the menu to tempt

and Key Lime Pie, or or choose one of our two Ice Cream Pies (not for the faint hearted), or there may be a naughty but nice
Cheesecake, or our delicious Brown Sugar & Pecan Pie. How about a slice of warm Caramel-Apple Crumble Topped
Pie, or it could be Rhubarb, or Apple & Blackberry....The Lemon & Key Lime and Ice Cream pies are always available,
but pie fillings and cheesecake toppings are decided on at the moment of creation - ask your server for
info!
